Alcaidesa Marina is pleased to welcome the classic sailing boat, Rafael Verdera. According to its owner & Capitan, Mikel Arizmendi, she is the oldest remaining Spanish boat in active service. After having to postpone the initial date due to the exceptional rains experienced the previous week, we were finally able to celebrate our bertholders lunch last Friday 5th October. The event enabled us to share a fine autumn day, a magnificent paella and a few barrels of beer & sangria with our valued customers at the Alcaidesa Lounge Bar. Work has begun on the new cafeteria within the Marina. Situated at the commencement of the central pier next to Pontoon 9, it is conveniently located to provide all our customers & visitors with a meeting place where they can enjoy the magnificent views & surroundings over a cup of coffee or even something stronger!!! The boatyard remains really busy and we have lifted over 120 boats since we started the operation on 9th January. If you require lift-out, please the Marina Office (+ 34 956 021660) and we will make the necessary arrangements. In addition to boat lifting we offer a range of services including anti-fouling and polishing.
