A 10-minute walk from Gibraltar Airport and the city centre of La Línea, next to the promenade with numerous restaurants and tapas bars that provide a plus to enjoy the local cuisine.

HOW TO GET THERE?

Access to the parking lot and motorhome parking areas in La Línea de la Concepción at the Puerto Deportivo de Alcaidesa is directly via the promenade in the city of La Línea de la Concepción. Follow the signs, staying in the right-hand lane, which is exclusively for access to the port facilities.

RULES OF USE / OPERATION

This parking lot regulates its commercial activity in accordance with Law 40/2002 of November 14, which regulates vehicle parking contracts, and with the terms and conditions contained in these General Rules. Entering these establishments with a vehicle or on foot implies acceptance of these regulations.

  • It is mandatory to park your vehicle within the space. If you park your vehicle in a space that partially and/or fully occupies a second space, Continental Parking reserves the right to apply the current rate for occupying this second space.
  • This space may only be used for parking your vehicle. Any use other than its intended purpose is prohibited.
  • Parking is prohibited in reserved and marked spaces by any means.
  • Parking spaces designated for customers with reduced mobility must be respected.
  • It is mandatory to follow the signs distributed throughout the parking lot, as well as the instructions of the service staff, which will prevail over any sign.
  • The parking lot does not have a vehicle key safe.
  • Complaint forms are available at the Control Point.
  • The user will be liable to CONTINENTAL PARKING and other users for any damages caused by breach of duty or incompetence in driving the vehicle within the parking lot (Articles 5.1 and 5.2 of Law 40/2002).

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Do not leave the ticket inside the vehicle.
  • The Company is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle. Do not forget to lock it and remove the keys.
  • The parking lot is not responsible for non-fixed or removable vehicle accessories, or for belongings and objects that users may leave inside the vehicle. The parking lot has a free left-luggage service available.
  • Pay at the ATM before collecting your vehicle. No payments are accepted at the parking booth except in cases of incidents.
  • You have 10 minutes to leave the parking lot after paying for your stay. Excess parking time will be charged at the current rate.
  • If you lose your ticket, please go to the Control Point.

MOTORHOME RULES FOR USE

  • Maximum authorized stay: 72 hours
  • Use of the shower and bathroom facilities is exclusively for marina members
  • Park in the assigned parking space within the motorhome parking area.
  • The use of outdoor elements is prohibited: awnings, awnings, barbecues, tables, chairs, stoves, generators, gas cylinders, etc.
  • Emptying gray/black water into any manhole not provided for this purpose is prohibited.
  • Fixing any element to the ground is prohibited.
  • Respect the rest hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Collaborate when your vehicle needs to be moved at the request of the attendants for relocation, cleaning, or security reasons.
  • Please dispose of trash in the designated containers.
  • Do not pour liquids outside the designated areas.
  • No stray animals allowed.
  • Washing vehicles is prohibited.
  • The use of generators and/or handling of any type of fuel is prohibited.

USER OBLIGATIONS

  • The entrance ticket is personal and non-transferable.
  • The facilities are for the exclusive use of passengers in the RV. They may not be used by third parties.
  • The user of the Motorhome must use it diligently, take appropriate measures to prevent theft, loss, or damage, and ensure it is properly parked.
  • The user will be responsible at all times for the obligations determined by any Authority or Agency, whether State, Regional, or Local.
  • Any use of the Motorhome contrary to that provided for in traffic regulations is prohibited.
  • The user is solely responsible for injuries caused to themselves or third parties, as well as for damage to their own or third-party property caused by both normal and improper use of the facilities.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules or any uncivil behavior may result in expulsion from the area.
