Alcaidesa Marina Embarks on a New Era with the Expansion of Its Boat Yard Docking Pit

Alcaidesa Marina is pleased to announce the beginning of a new era with the opening of our newly expanded boatyard docking pit, with its opening on Monday, 10th March. This strategic project has increased the pit’s beam capacity to 9 metres, significantly enhancing  our ability to accommodate larger vessels.

Thanks to our new 160-tonne boat hoist, this expansion will enable Alcaidesa Marina to serve a greater number of customers, further establishing itself as a benchmark boatyard in the region. This development forms part of a broader investment and service enhancement strategy. In the near future, construction will also commence on the planned retail development, which will further extend the facilities and services available to our clients.

Moreover, this entire expansion process is being undertaken with Alcaidesa Marina’s firm commitment to environmental responsibility. The project aims to enhance our infrastructure without compromising our sustainability principles. The boatyard is already equipped with a water treatment plant to purify the water used in the facilities, as well as solar panels to generate clean energy. These new improvements will remain aligned with our sustainability philosophy, contributing to the protection of the environment.
