The new commercial area at Alcaidesa Marina is progressing steadily, with approximately 50% of the project completed. The most complex phases — including earthworks, foundations, and structural works — are now practically finished.

We are now entering a more visible stage for visitors, as urbanisation, installations, and finishing work begin to take shape. These phases will define the experience for future visitors when the space opens in summer 2026.
