Today, a new business initiative called “Silence La Línea” was presented at the Alcaidesa Marina Sports Port. The initiative offers an electric motorcycle rental service to promote eco-friendly transportation. The event was attended by the mayor Juan Franco, the Urban Mobility Councilor Raquel Ñeco, the director of Alcaidesa Marina Antonio Valbuena, and the company’s CEO José M.ª González Martínez.
The city officials emphasized the relevance of this public transportation option, which complements the bus and taxi services. The mayor expressed his gratitude to the entrepreneur for his commitment to the city and wished him success with this initiative.
The “Silence La Línea” fleet consists of 16 units located in different parts of the city. To use the service, users must download the “Silence Mobility” application, which will allow them to locate the nearest motorcycle and make payments by associating a credit card with the app. The cost varies between 20 and 45 cents per minute, depending on the selected mode. The service allows for two-person travel and includes mandatory protective helmets.
With this initiative, Puerto Deportivo Alcaidesa Marina continues to bet on sustainable mobility and technological innovation to improve the experience of its visitors. Don’t hesitate to try out the new electric motorcycles and discover everything the marina and its surroundings have to offer!
